DotNETConnect is a framework for integrating .NET components in VisualWorks. DotNETConnect connects objects in VisualWorks to objects inside the .NET Common Language Runtime. It is designed so that VisualWorks objects interact with .NET objects through an automatically generated set of stubs/proxies that are connected using a standard C-DLL. DotNETConnect supports lifecycle management using a combined garbage collection. It requires .NET framework version 2.0 or higher and VisualStudio 2005 or newer..
